THE MIXING HAS BEGUN

We have completed the tracking for the new album 'Worship The Bled' and it is now in the hands of Jonas Kjellgren (Scar Symmetry, The Absence etc) over in Black Lounge Studios in Sweden, for the mixing and then mastering process. All artwork for the album has also been completed. More info on that to come.

NEW ALBUM ' WORSHIP THE BLED ' TO FEATURE KEVIN TALLEY (DAATH) AND JONAS KJELLGREN (SCAR SYMMETRY)

TRUTH CORRODED are currently recording the bands latest album titled ' WORSHIP THE BLED '. The album will feature two special guest musicians - Kevin Talley from DAATH and Jonas Kjellgren from SCAR SYMMETRY. Kevin Talley ( who has also performed with bands such as MISERY INDEX, CHIMAIRA, DYING FETUS, BLACK DAHLIA MURDER & DEVIL DRIVER) performs drums on the album with Jonas Kjellgren contributing a solo to the albums opening song 'Knives Of The Betrayed'. Jonas will also be mixing and mastering the album at Black Lounge Studio in Sweden in August.

Commenting on the involvement of Talley and Kjellgren, Truth Corroded bass guitarist Greg Shaw offers "To have Kevin and Jonas involved with the album is immense. Due to our recent line up change and inability to reschedule the recording we were really fortunate that Kevin could record the drums for our album, and his work is outstanding, completing what is the most intense music we have ever written. Kevin has worked with some very influential bands and his style is ideal for our sound. To have Jonas back on board to mix and master the album and also contribute a solo is incredible, he has been a great friend and offered great encouragement to the band - we cannot wait to hear the final result"

Since the release of Truth Corroded's last album ' Upon The Warlords Crawl ' in 2008, the band have toured across Australia and Asia , performing in China, Japan, Singapore and Thailand, and supporting bands such as LAMB OF GOD, BEHEMOTH, ARCH ENEMY, DEATH ANGEL and SUFFOCATION. NEW DRUMMER ANNOUNCEMENT & NEW ALBUM TITLE

TRUTH CORRODED would like to welcome Andrew Parkinson as the new drummer. Andrew will be recording the bands upcoming album titled  'WORSHIP THE BLED'.

Due to the line up change TRUTH CORRODED have had to reschedule the recording and now will enter the studio in July with the recording to be mixed and mastered in Sweden by SCAR SYMMETRY guitarist Jonas Kjelgren in August.

Commenting on the recent developments in the bands line up and the upcoming recording, bass guitarist Greg Shaw says " Andrew is a great drummer with a highly professional attitude and musical background, so the band is really pleased to have him join. He brings enthusiasm and a strong ethic that the band needs to take its music to the next stage. With most of the album being written by Mark ( guitarist ) and myself using a drum machine to map out the songs, the transition has been seemless. Andrew has started working on the new songs and we look foward to entering the studio with him in July.  The new songs are some of the fastest the band has written, but also the most crushing. This album builds on the previous album ' Upon The Warlords Crawl ', but destroys using new methods ".

'WORSHIP THE BLED' will be released in Australia in September through Truth Inc Records / MGM with the band currently working on licensing for the U.S, Japan and Europe for late 2010.

TRUTH CORRODED ANNOUNCE U.S / EUROPE PUBLICITY AGREEMENT AND NEW ALBUM DETAILS

South Australian thrash metal band Truth Corroded have entered a publicity agreement with U.S based  TEAM ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC.  "The agreement will offer Truth Corroded the opportunity to build its profile in the U.S and Europe in the lead up to the release of our new album" comments Truth Corroded  bass player Greg Shaw “TEAM ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC have demonstrated a highly professional approach and a strong front for the bands they represent, and we are really looking forward to working together in taking our music further”.

TEAM ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC manager, Alex Gilbert,  comments "Truth Corroded bring the real deal with an extensive tour history throughout Australia and Asia. Our minds are one in the same regarding business development, which is world domination"

Truth Corroded have also been busy working on material for its new album since returning from its recent tour through Asia. The band will enter the studio from May to June with Scar Symmetry guitarist Jonas Kjellegren once again mixing and mastering the album at Black Lounge Studio Sweden. The album is scheduled for a mid year release. The band will perform several local shows leading up to the release of the band’s new album - check the bands online sites for details.

TRUTH CORRODED TO TOUR CHINA / HONG KONG / JAPAN & SUPPORTING ARCH ENEMY IN ADELAIDE

Truth Corroded will emabark on the THRASH AND CONQUER TOUR OF ASIA in Novmeber 2009, please echeck the poster for full dates. This wil be the second time TC have played China and the first time in JApan we are extremely excited about these shows and hope to see the same crazy crowds we saw last time and meeting some new fans and friends in Japan & China.

Before we head off we have a couple of shows in Adelaide: Oct 17th @ Enigma Bar and we are pleased to say we are supporting the mighty ARCH ENEMY & SUFFOCATION at their Adelaide show on Nov 3rd. Tickets are available now through venuetix.com.au for this show.
