TRUTH CORRODED SIGN WITH ULTIMHATE RECORDS FOR EUROPE & JAPAN Australian thrash metal band TRUTH CORRODED have signed a European / Japan deal with ULTIMHATE RECORDS for the release of the bands latest album 'WORSHIP THE BLED'. The label will release the album on September 16th with the band following up the release with a European tour in early 2012.

South Australian thrashers TRUTH CORRODED will be performing Thailand and Singapore as part of the bands first run of dates for TOURING THE BLED. The band will play Bangkok, Thailand at the Immortal Bar on April 22, and Singapore at Scape on April 23. The South East Asia dates will follow the bands tour of Australia and Japan with French band Hypno5e ( see tour dates below ).
The tour will be promoting TRUTH CORRODED'S new album WORSHIP THE BLED which will be released in Australia in mid-April through TRUTH INC RECORDS with other territories to follow. The album will feature two special guest musicians - Kevin Talley from DAATH and Jonas Kjellgren from SCAR SYMMETRY. Kevin Talley ( who has also performed with bands such as MISERY INDEX,CHIMAIRA, DYING FETUS, BLACK DAHLIA MURDER & DEVIL DRIVER) performs drums on the album with Jonas Kjellgren contributing a solo to the albums opening song 'Knives Of The Betrayed'. Jonas will also be mixing and mastering the album at Black Lounge Studio in Sweden in August.
Commenting on the involvement of Talley and Kjellgren, Truth Corroded bass guitarist Greg Shaw offers "To have Kevin and Jonas involved with the album is immense. Due to our recent line up change and inability to reschedule the recording we were really fortunate that Kevin could record the drums for our album, and his work is outstanding, completing what is the most intense music we have ever written. Kevin has worked with some very influential bands and his style is ideal for our sound. To have Jonas back on board to mix and master the album and also contribute a solo is incredible, he has been a great friend and offered great encouragement to the band - we cannot wait to hear the final result"
Since the release of Truth Corroded's last album ' Upon The Warlords Crawl ' in 2008, the band have toured across Australia and Asia , performing in China, Japan, Singapore and Thailand, and supporting bands such as LAMB OF GOD, BEHEMOTH, ARCH ENEMY, DEATH ANGEL and SUFFOCATION. NEW DRUMMER ANNOUNCEMENT & NEW ALBUM TITLE
TRUTH CORRODED would like to welcome Andrew Parkinson as the new drummer. Andrew will be recording the bands upcoming album titled 'WORSHIP THE BLED'.
Due to the line up change TRUTH CORRODED have had to reschedule the recording and now will enter the studio in July with the recording to be mixed and mastered in Sweden by SCAR SYMMETRY guitarist Jonas Kjelgren in August.
Commenting on the recent developments in the bands line up and the upcoming recording, bass guitarist Greg Shaw says " Andrew is a great drummer with a highly professional attitude and musical background, so the band is really pleased to have him join. He brings enthusiasm and a strong ethic that the band needs to take its music to the next stage. With most of the album being written by Mark ( guitarist ) and myself using a drum machine to map out the songs, the transition has been seemless. Andrew has started working on the new songs and we look foward to entering the studio with him in July. The new songs are some of the fastest the band has written, but also the most crushing. This album builds on the previous album ' Upon The Warlords Crawl ', but destroys using new methods ".
'WORSHIP THE BLED' will be released in Australia in September through Truth Inc Records / MGM with the band currently working on licensing for the U.S, Japan and Europe for late 2010.

So we got back from Asia yesterday, we had a killer time on the tour, the shows were great and the people were awesome we will post up photos and tour reports soon and then we will commence writing for the new album. Cheers to everyone we met and came to the shows on the Thrash & Conquer Tour. We look forward to doing it all again next year.
